1) What are your terms of payment?
Answer: We can accept Paypay, western union, moneygram (for amount less than USD900), T/T (Bank Wire transfer) , you are welcome to contact us for the relevant information;

2) What is your min. order?
Answer: No limited, we can provide discount for our regular customer (with score level) and big quantity order.

3) Is it possible to offer me samples?
Answer: Sample is available once we are sure that you are real and potential customers and you are agreed to pay for the sample charge; but we can not offer free samples, because too many customers ask for free samples;

4) How to process my orders?
Answer: Please register as our members first, then select the products that you are interested on our website, then you can directly place the order via this website. Or you can directly contact us via emails. After the confirmation, you can send your payment via our acceptable terms of payment, then we will send your orders out and let you know the tracking number immediately, after you get what you order, please send feedback to us;

5) What is your delivery time ?
Answer: After payment, we will send the goods within 24 hours if the goods you selecte are in stock;

6) How long will it take for the goods to reach me?
Answer: If sent by DHL, it will take 4 to 5 days. If sent by EMS, it will take 5 to 7 days after sending;

7) How much is the cost to shipping the goods to our country?
Answer: Our price on the website is an FOB price is not including shipping cost, when you sent your order to us, we will calculate the shipping cost for you.The shipping cost will depend on the weight of what you order, and which delivery way you selected. For example, shipped by express to USA, the cost is USD23.00 for the initial 0.5 kg and USD6.00 after the first 1kg.

8) How can I know about my order status?
